Keeping in line with CQC regulations, we are able to support registered Care and Support Providers by providing financial investment into social housing which alleviates pressures, allowing them to focus exclusively on care and support to vulnerable people.
We are able to support Care and Support Providers with expansion projects by providing equity release from existing care homes or with expansion plans.

Having a strong, secure network of partners, we are able to provide equitable Investments in partnership with Local Authorities and registered Care Providers, following CQC regulations whereby clear separation of the landlord and care and support provider is fundamental in enabling individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues to live independently.

With an increasing number of adults seeking care and support, Housing Associations are being put under immense pressure to provide suitable accommodation. At Abbey Investments, we work closely with Housing Associations to identify specific needs.
Local Authorities identify housing requirements regionally for adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues. We then proceed to acquire and modify properties within communities to suit specific requirements, bespoke for the individual in need.
